The aim of the program is to provide students with the opportunity to find inspiration and guidance from professionals relevant to their future career. With support from the mentor we want to encourage the mentee to challenge herself, identify goals and establish a career plan. We believe that motivation starts with inspiration and thus inspiration is the key stone for a successful mentorship.
Our mentees are a select group of ambitious young female professionals and students within Business, Law and other relevant fields. They are curious and driven women who aspire to challenge themselves and achieve top positions in their future careers.
The mentors are some of the top professionals in their field: young, mid-career or senior professionals within, inter alia, Business and Law. They have an inspiring and successful professional and/or academic background and thrive to empower future talent. We are happy to accept both male and female Mentors.
